Isabella Lee

Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, Isabella assists in managing projects for LAVA’s clients from development to execution, while coordinating with partners to deliver impactful campaigns. She develops messaging materials and creates digital content that advances clients’ goals and amplifies their reach.

Isabella is passionate about using communication and advocacy to drive meaningful change. She began developing her marketing skills as an intern at Southland Farms, an organic cannabis farm in SW Michigan, where she gained hands-on experience in audience engagement, brand strategy, and digital content creation. At LAVA, she has built on that foundation to help plan and execute events, bringing creativity and attention to detail to every project. Her work has also supported initiatives to strengthen public education, advance economic equity, and build coalitions that move progressive policy forward.

Isabella graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business.

Outside of work, Isabella loves music, especially live performances, and enjoys discovering new venues and artists. Having recently moved to Chicago full-time, she’s enjoying exploring the city and taking advantage of everything it has to offer.
